Come learn information about how to avoid the common pitfalls during critical illness.  Opportunity to complete an advance directive but not required to attend; also, you will still benefit from attending if you have an advance directive in place.  This workshop is covered by Medicare and if you have met your deductible for the year, your co-payment will be $15 for the hour long session.  Flat fee of $75 for all others.
