Come learn information about how to avoid the common pitfalls during critical illness during this workshop.  Opportunity to complete an advance directive but not required to attend.  This education is covered by Medicare and if you have met your deductible for the year, your co-payment will be $15 for the hour long session.  Flat fee of $75 for all others.
